TransAsia Lawyers

TransAsia Lawyers is a leading law firm in the People’s Republic of China. With a legal team of approximately 80 professionals, Trans Asia Lawyers employs lawyers from China, Japan, Australia, and North America. Their large client base and extensive collection of information demanded a comprehensive content management system. However, their existing web presence was outdated and lacking in many key features necessary for a company of their size. We provided them with a custom CMS, which, when coupled with a new and modern layout, makes updates a breeze.

Challenge

TransAsia Lawyers provides its clients with a multitude of resources, including news articles, subject-specific newsletters, and document translations. Due to the dynamic nature of this information, they required a content management system that would allow employees to submit and edit this information easily and quickly. They also desired a site that was clean, spare, and modern, while still displaying information in an organized fashion.

Solution

Working with a basic Drupal framework, we created a content management system that allows TransAsia Lawyers employees to upload, edit, and delete content as needed. As well, we provided them with an online store for the purchase of specific publications. The company also required a subscription system for clients purchasing their monthly newsletters. Our solution allows them to easily grant clients access to specific newsletters depending on their individual purchases.

Result

The updated TransAsia Lawyers site is clean, easy to navigate, and full of relevant information. The information hierarchy allows users to quickly locate specific publications and news articles. Almost every facet of the site is able to be updated by the company’s employees, meaning that the content displayed is accurate and current. The modern design conveys the professional and respected stature of the company, and communicates the high level of quality presented by the business.
